After a few days of serious pondering and some bullshit called on me by some of my SparkPeople friends, I have decided to move forward with my actual 2011 plans and put myself completely out there. To do this I have begun another blog and hope that you will give it a visit. If you feel so inclined please subscribe so that you can keep up with the gory details of this ambitious undertaking.
This new blog will have a very different slant to it. Much more journal like and hopefully inspirational as well.
The title of this blog will make sense when you read the other one.

Considering HOW you guys are losing the weight (through eating right and excersie-- speaking of which-- gotta unpack my crap-- fought so hard to make sure I didn't lose all my workout equip)think of this.. its not just 40lbs of dog food-- 40lbs by yourself but, really, 80 together, (almost) its FAT... not dog food.. FAT..and muscle gained, I'm sure.. thaat's a load off the heart.
